Great article! Wonder where REO Royale Coupe is today? In addition, Dr Art Burrichter was an avid collector he and also found a 1913 Michigan Model R Touring in a barn in Iowa, (1990's). The Michigan was sold recently sold again in July 2014. Burrichter, is no longer with us died February 2002.
A.J: No idea if the car is known to us or not. Anyhow, it is surely among the survivors and it would be great to have pictures of it due to it's very original condition. On second thought and comparing with actual pics, could it be the Eaton's car? Blackwalls, monotone... and also in very original shape. I will ask Bill about it and confirm.
Tim: I remember seeing Dr. Al Burrichter's name a lot when browsing Hemmings back in the 90's or so. He always had very interesting cars for sale. He must have been a very interesting guy with tremendous knowledge and surely very good taste.
This is the cover of the magazine, just in case somebody wants to have the original article.
tim: Mark my hood is complete and you are welcome to examine when you come over to Michigan. Also, the chrome strip or stainless stops at the rear of hood. Does not go to the windshield

davidsnow: Just saying hello as a new member. Thank you to John Phillips for reaching out and letting me know about the forum. I live in Wisconsin and have been in the REO club for several years. My wife and I currently are serving as custodians of REO merchandise.

harley: My attempt at creating a thread with an attachment of the Royale stationary does not seem to allow the attachment to open for view. What did I not do correctly? This is my first time on a forum so it is all new to me. (Harley)

coley: Hi John and Mark. Coley here. Making more REO door handles. I need to find a supplier for the lock cylinder and keys for the outer locking door handles for a 1930 flying cloud and others. Or a handle with keys.
